Hi everyone, my name is Kristi Ivey; I am the oldest of the three sisters. I have been happily married for fourteen years to Chuck. We live in Jacksboro TN. I have lived in East Tennessee all of my life I love the people here. They are so warm and kind that I can't imagine living anywhere else. I love working in the mortgage field. Hello, my name is Peggy Ivey and I am the middle sister and also one of the owners of Preferred Mortgage Lenders. First of all I would like to Thank You for visiting us online and would very much appreciate the opportunity to serve you. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been in the banking/mortgage business for 10 years. I have been married for 12 years and my husband and I have one son who is 4 years old. Having a family of my own, I realize how important it is to own your own home. I have extensive training and experience in various types of loans such as; FHA, VA, USDA (first time homebuyers), Conventional loans and Self-employed borrowers.
Tonya Poole
Hello, my name is Tonya Poole I am the youngest of the three sisters. I have three beautiful children. Austin and Zachary, my twin boys are six years old this year. My sister Kristi teases them about being the A through Z kid's, my daughter Tiffany is in middle school and very happy about finally being a "teenager". My husband Michael and I live in Andersonville on Norris Lake. We love the mountains and people of East Tennessee. I have been in the mortgage business for about 6 years. I agree with the adage that everyone deserves their own home.
